Matches has been frozen and I lost points!

Hi there,

it happens quite often that during the match everything gets frozen. And I cannot do anything when this happens. And after I totally closed chess.com and reopened it, I always notice that I lost points.

I've lost again my last two matches today because of that and it pisses me off - sorry, but it's true!

What can I do? What could chess.com could do?!

You are very likely getting disconnected. If you are on the Android app, clearing the cache may help.
