I was trying to use the max analysis tool in my game analysis today. When I pressed the icon to activate max analysis, it showed the blue bar underneath the current analysis indicating that it was turning on, but that immediately disappeared. I tried clicking the button both with my mouse and my laptop's touchpad to ensure I was not double-clicking, but the same issue occurred. I changed the cloud engine from what I was using, Komodo MCTS, to the other three options. This also did nothing. I also changed the browser engine, but that changed nothing as well. After clearing my browser cache and logging out of and into my Chess.com account, the issue persisted.
I looked at a different game with the analysis tool, and max analysis still failed to turn on.
Browser analysis and Game Review still work for me, no matter the engine I choose.
It's a known bug and ticketed to be fixed.
