I had the Meebo chat bar removed!. Got fed up with that intrusive, unwanted advertising. As premium members we were promised an ads-free site (that is the point) but this is not the case any more and the cheeky excuse that this is a 'third parties service' is nonsense. If they think we are fool, they are wrong.
Didn't know either that Meebo was the culprit for slowing my connection and causing all sort of problems.
It would be interesting to learn how many people have dropped the service and how many are using it -I guess a minority.
