Membership Cancelled By Itself?

Hi, I just got my diamond membership a few days ago and then I get this email that says my membership has been cancelled. It says I can resume my membership when I log into my account and renew it. What does this mean? How do I resume my membership becasue currently, all my membership privileges have been taken away from me.

Did you pay for membership?

Yes it has been paid, I received the membership for 2 days. All of a sudden this happened.

They're pretty good here, I imagine this will be resolved within 24hrs.

Arg, the last ticket I submitted took almost three days for a response. Hope it clears soon, I wanted to practice chess this weekend. Bad luck for me I guess.
