membership issue

I have a Gold membership, but my account is limiting my daily amount of puzzles. With Gold it should be unlimited. Has anyone else had this problem? How do we contact customer support?

If you're getting limited puzzles that means you're on the original Gold from before September 1st, 2022.

After that date the plans had different features and increased costs. Members that had memberships prior to that kept there features and pricing. The old Gold had limited Puzzles.

If you have questions about that you should contact support directly using the Help option in the men.
