membership not working

Bought diamond membership Dec 31 2022, still isn’t working. Tried contacting support multiple times only received a generic email response about servers needing to be updated. Tried reinstalling app, lost my stats but still no upgrade to diamond. Please help!!!

Hmm. Your account was only created on Match 4, 2023, which was only 10 days ago.

Perhaps you had a different user name?

yes its a new login name but same email.  Didn’t remember old name after I tried rebooting the app.  Email is

[name removed- jbf]].  

/ Don't post your email.  That will just result in multiple emails to support making it more difficult for you to get things straightened out.
