Membership Payments

I wann to change my membership to Friends & Family. Unfortunately I get for all my possible payment methods (Paypal, Google Pay and Credit Card) error messages. Support Bot doesn't provide any solution. How can I get Support? 

By the way: I tried PC and Mobile Phone

You may try to handle the bot one more time and get somebody from the staff:

Try the link in your settings:

There is an option to upgrade your membership to the Friends and Family plan.

And then when you go to the Support bot:

That seems like it would connect you with the Support staff.

That's what I tried. If you choose on that page a membership, Chess.com offers you 5 different payment methods. When I choose Paypal, I can login to Paypal and Paypal message: Error at Chess.com. For credit card and Google Pay there is directly on Chess.com a message in Red, that transaction failed. I can not try Klarna and Apple Pay, because I'm not using that 2 services.

If you have a membership through one of the apps, I don't believe you can use the upgrade option on web.

You should be able to get the support tool to open a ticket with Support staff.
