Hello All, I upgraded my membership to premium, but can’t access any of the features. Status shows membership upgraded but limit on puzzles etc, is still as per the free trial. Not able to get any response from chess.com support team and unfortunately we missed to cancel it within the 7 day free trial period. Have any of you faced this issue, appreciate any help on this. When did you email support@chess.com? They usually need 24-48 hours to get back and longer on weekends.
