Usually you will be prompted with a screen that ask that you allow the mobile app to connect to the internet. If that doesn't happen perhaps you need to set this capability before running the mobile app.

yes, i get that prompt. i checked all the settings - i can't see anything suspicious there also... :(
I too have the same problem on my blackberry. This endless "connecting" just doesn't connect......Help!
Well I changed my mobile - the new one is nokia6700, old one was nokia6070 - and it now works just fine. I guess some models are somehow "not right". I would have expected to see a list of supported models or smt.... (perhaps premium guys get such one :))

hi, i found it impossible to log in to chess.com trought my mobile phone and i need some help. i downloaded the app. (trought the chess.com/mobile) i worked just fine. it all seems ok, but when i try to log in (put my username, password, allow the app. to connect to the network etc) i got this "connecting..." message for unlimited period of time with no success. what could be the possible reason?
