I've turned off the device and restart it? I log in via computer without problems, then i try on the mobile but I get the same error... I even unistalled the application and installed again.

There was supposed to be something from Apple regarding the i/OS-X upgrades taking place that might cause conflicts. A system update or reset might help. If across the board (google based, java, I/os-X, there might be a patch fix error from maintainence if I am understanding correctly.
if nothing else, perhaps contacting 611 (or equivalent) might help find a way around.
Just some other ideas.
