Mouse doesn't work correctly.

Hi everyone this is lvr typing.

I have issues on every board since a couple of days.

I can't pick pieces properly, i have to pick them on top and deployment is horrible, since i have to put them on a close  spot to the square i want to deploy.

Can't play, actually.

Any help?

Playing on Chrome, w7.

It works for me with windows 7 and chome. I would just re-install the program and clear your history. That should help! -Kingdom_Hearts

I already did, but I will try again if no other tip comes.

I'm having a similar issue today.  I've had the program drop my pieces to other squares mid-move.

Are you guys sure that the program is putting your pieces on bad squares...or are you just making poor moves?  Making poor moves isn't the program's fault.   You rascals.

I honestly don't know why it's occuring.  I'll just drop pieces, from the opening pawn moving one space instead of two all the way to queens and rooks just stopping along the way to be taken by pawns.

 Who knows.  It might be something with my computer.

Mostly impacting speed games.

Hey guys! This is really odd :/ Can you tell me where on the site this is happening?

What operating system, browser and browser version are you using when this happens?

This is also happening to me. Windows 7, google chrome, firefox, internet explorer, pretty sure the problem is with the ads. A big black area appears on the top of the page http://live.chess.com/live displaying some ad pushing the chess board down, but then seems to me that the area that "catches" mouse events stays on the normal spot so when we try to move a piece we are actually clicking in another position.

Hope I didn't make it more confusing.

In the image I have the mouse pressed on the red dot but the piece instantly went down and it's impossible to play like that since it wont drag where we want.

If it's the ad, and I suspect it might be, try using Chrome and install "AdBlock". That prevents ads from showing up and page is clear. Post back if that solves it or not, so others can do that too.

I do have adblock plus in chrome, either enabled or disabled wont help. In the meantime playing in the simple version (http://live.chess.com/simple) works fine.

Mine is not ad related that I can tell.  Might be hit detection of where I'm grabbing the piece.

Those of you who are experiencing this ad problem. I've just been told that this ad isn't coming from us :( 

Perhaps you can install an adblocker extension and see if that resolves the issue. But the problem does not lie with chess.com.

Well i am premium so i don't have any ands. I play on chrome, w7. I think that might be chess.com toolbar or, well who knows. 

Still can't play.

I've been playing on chrome and things are working fine for me. What version are you using? Do you have any add-ons or extensions installed on your browser? A lot of times, torrent addons for example can cause issues with live chess.

I don't have any addons but chess.com toolbar and bookmarks bar. 
Chrome updates itself, but the fact is that the problem is not only through chrome.
Shall i try maybe any different chessboard size? I remember that before having the issue i was on a different one.  

Ask for anything further, needa improve my 900 live chess eo asap :P

Uh, forgotten to tell you i have radio app on chess toolbar, and  facebook direct contact ( the blue one )
