move not registering

This has happened in 2 games now where I make a move and yet it never registers and I lose on time. The first time I made the move on my screen both clocks were frozen at 7.5 mins. My opponent said I hadn’t yet moved in his (so I thought maybe an internet issue) but we were able to chat just fine and everything else on my phone that required internet was fine as well. And then suddenly after waiting for it to respond for a while the clock jumped from 7 mins to 45 seconds.
I chalked it up to a weird internet glitch anyways until it happens again just now, and seemingly I have no issue with internet, the clock kept counting down until after a good minute or 2 it gave me a 3 second “auto-resign time” kinda hate that I’m losing to a glitch or a bug and not the player.

That generally indicates a connection issue. It's very possible the chat doesn't go through the Live server process, so the ability to chat doesn't mean you couldn't be disconnected from the live server, which is hosted differently.
