I'd also like this to be added.
Just a toggle to enable arrow drawing mode on and off would be nice.

This could easily be implemented with Apple Pencil support, I play on the iPad Air 2 and I have an Apple Pencil, for example there’s currently a way to set the Pencil for drawing only so it could be a setting like that so you can draw and play at the same time. There should be an alternative way to do it for people who don’t have an Apple Pencil though as to not make people buy stuff. At least make it possible to draw arrows in the app if we have a Bluetooth mouse/keyboard paired.

I'd like to see this. It could be based on how long your finger remains on the source square. Hold more than one second, and it draws an arrow. Less than one second, it moves the piece. So touch, hold, move draws the arrow. I'm not sure what the API is like: I've never written a phone app. But this should be possible, I think.
It would make solving puzzles easier

If chess.com do that option it would be nice

Hello guys, if you click on "Analyze" then on "Explorer" in the app during a game, you can play your opponents as well, means you can play all variants for the specific situation. Of course its just for daily games, but its really helpful to learn the game, imo.

This could easily be implemented by replacing drag and drop functionality from mobile with essentially a right mouse click function. Thus, saving countless blunders as well

I know, but I think they should add an option to disable it for people that like to move pieces by swiping on them

I'd love this too. Hopefully one day it comes out. It's super useful but as I don't play on computer much I rarely get to enjoy it
