multiple disconnects

I am tired of multiple disconnects ruining the outcome of my games!

I just played a match and was interrupted more than 6 times

Even worse, my last completed move was never accepted even  though it was shown as completed.

I know many others have these same problems. Chess.com tries to blame this on your computer and settings, however I rarely have these kinds of issues anywhere else on line!

I think Chess.com is CRAPPY WEBSITE and not ready for prime time.

I think its funny that when I had dial-up, I never had disconnects, but with high-speed I do get them from time to time. It's never affected the outcome of a game for me, though there was one that was a little harrowing.
