Muted for no reason

My friend @StarKenzie04 joined chess.com just an hour ago and got muted for spamming.. Can a mod look into this please?

No she was just talking on clubs and the most messages in a row she said she sent to somebody was 2

Well, if she sent more then 8~10 messages, then they will get muted for it. one time, i did the same thing and chess.com muted me for 24 hrs.

No... she didn't she was talking normally in clubs.. sending them rly fast doesn't mean it's spamming and its only 2 notes in a club how can that be considered spamming?

She created an account less than an hour ago, and sent a bunch of messages. It applies only to new members, they can’t talk too much lol

This angers me so much she is litteratly innocent and I told her this site is good. Clearly the mods of this scrappy site wanna say otherwise

She did nothing wrong. She was following guidelines and chess.com thinks she's talking too much when her account is new? Like wth. That's so messed up

It kinda is. It’s a facilitation thing. Also, it’s for like within 24 hours or smth I believe.(that the account has to be made)
