My chess account got close for abuse how do I reopen it

@Bob2014July5th was my account and I dont know what happeded to it and how do I contact support I dont wanna contact the AI I wanna acctually contact a mod to reopen my account as it got banned unfairly

and I dint get a gmail or any warning?

Only staff can assist with that. You should be able to get the support tool to open a ticket.

That said, the TOS only allows a single account and one alternate with staff approval.
