You didn't say how long ago he was banned or how long ago he responded to the Support email.

I couldn't find your friend's username in the system.

Sometimes it takes a while to get a response. I haven't had personal experience with an account being closed, but as I understand it, they will give second chances but not unlimited second chances. (Moderators can't do it. It has to be staff.)

I do know that when they close someone's account for Fair Play, they don't reopen that same account. They start a new account with a different username.

If they have a one year ban then your friend will need to request a new account in a year from the email.

But the email consists that you may request a new account by contacting our support why this is written and I searched on Google and he also support have right to do this and I talk many people who faced this problem and he contacted support and created new account

Moderators don't have access to that info.

What is his actual username?

Pretty sure that would be after the one year ban.

Yeah, it might be that they are never going to reinstate his current account, but after one year he may make a new account without repercussions, but he should make that new account through Chess.com.

He should attempt to contact support regularly to see if he can get a response/mercy, but if he doesn't get a response, he needs to accept that he has been punished and prevented from accessing normal channels for a year.

I finally found it by searching Google. I don't know why it didn't come up in the regular member search.

Yes. It was closed for Fair Play. We can't tell you anything about why or how. But I know that he was emailed an answer.

So tell me why support is not answering him since 10 days

They did answer him and told him their decision. Once a decision is made, they aren't going to answer an endless series of questions. They don't have time. They are dealing with millions of users-- not just your friend.

So I understand bro you cannot solve my case I need to talk with fair play team

They won't discuss your friend's case with you.

You should join the Cheating Forum club . Some people there are knowledgeable about appeals and such.
