Help!!  My game board on OTB is grey and white and I can't see the pieces!!!  Help me!!

When I click on a ready game, it says, "waiting for b.scorecardresearch.com".  And chess.com will not load my chess board.  Help!

can you try to fully flush/clear your internet browser cache?

I should clarify.  The chess board shows up on Internet Explorer, but not on Firefox, which I prefer.

k. a cache-clear should easily do the trick.
