My game not recorded ???!

Weird thing happened.
I was just winning my game. In the game resume after the match my rating should have been changed from 1276 to 1283. But looking to my stats the game didn't recorded and my rating still at 1276.
Yesterday I'm in the middle of the game with time and position ahead of my opponent. Then suddenly the game disconnect (the app signal bar going red). Although the signal recovered I still can't reconnect to the game.
Why service and quality chess.com worsen everyday ?
