Are you saying the numbers on that table don't update at all?
What timeframe and pool are you looking at for the Move Quality?
I'm looking at ~700 games, but I have 1k+ rated rapid games, which is the filter I put on. It is also on All Time.
I'm pretty sure I looked at insights about when I got diamond.

I'm showing 901 in Insights for you and 954 in your archive. There's a minimum number of moves to be calculated for Insights, so that seems like the numbers should be close.
According to your archive, you have 735 rated rapid games, so if you have your Insights filter set to Rated only, that seems correct as well
On the move quality, however, it has not been counting the brilliancies. I don’t know about the others, but it’s been 8 for a while, even though i’ve gotten around 20-30.
I’m pretty sure it’s fixed now, at least on the mobile app. Not too sure if it’s fixed on the browser yet though.

Game Review and Insights uses slightly different code so it's possible for there to be some discrepancies
