Kid, you’re not gonna get a refund. This has happened to me and it’s annoying. I also asked for one but they said they couldn’t give me one. Also these days, you get a +10/0/-11 win/draw/loss rate. Unless 15 rating points in variants mean 100 points in classical chess.

my internet is ridiculously bad today i have no clue why, in general I disconnect like once a month but today i disconnected 3+ times and i lost soooooooooooooo many completely won games due to internet, i would rlly like a refund (15 3 check rating)
