it sounds like you said your free trial ended.
That would explain why you have no membership privileges.

My free trial ended 8.1.2023., untill this morning I could do everything and then it just stopped working for some reason. I bought a yearly diamond membership btw.

It's likely there was an issue with the payment method, so the membership cancelled, and you were not charged.
