My platinum membership doesn’t allow me to take unlimited lessons

My chess.com membership is platinum level. I am logged in and my membership level is showing correctly as platinum. But when I try to open the next lesson I get a message that I have reached my weekly limit of lessons. I’m currently trying to open the Kgnights

Memberships purchased before September 1st 2022 had different features and pricing.

The old Platinum did not have unlimited lessons.
Thanks for the information. I’ve sent an email to chess.com support team to get my membership features updated.
