My timeout ratio is 67%

Just wondering if this can be manually be lowered by any chess.com staff?

I would just like to point out that I am not in the habit of letting games that I am losing time out.  Infact this high time out ratio comes from a highly unusual set of circumstances where I wasn't available to use the computer, and all my games timed out, and it wouldn't really happen again.

Anyway I tried to today join a tournament where the ratio of timeouts needs to be less than 10%.

I haven't played any games for a while, and when I do play I only play a small number of games, hence why the ratio is so high, but I would say in my defence its not typical that I let 2 out of every 3 games go, just because I am losing.

Thanks in advance for any replys.

If you see those strange circumstances arising again, where there is at least a 65% chance of you not being able to use your computer after the first four moves or so, then please, please, please challenge me to about dozen games. ThanksSmile

i think that it only tracks the last 90 days, so if you can play a few games and bump it back up that would help.  also, it looks like it was in march, so at the end of the month (if i can count) it would quickly go back to 0% or something.  you can beat me up if you want, too.
