network connection was lost

When I do a puzzle, it frequently tells me “the network connection was lost”. It doesn’t matter if I’m on Wifi or not, it does it about half of the times I complete a puzzle. It’s very frustrating to complete a puzzle correctly and not receive my points because “the network connection was lost”. My app is fully updated and I pay for a gold membership. This should not be happening when I pay for the app.

I don’t want to reload and continue playing because it happens to me about 50% of the time. I pay for a subscription.

As I mentioned in my OP, it happens whether I am in Wifi or not, and it happens on every Wifi network I use.

I think it is coming from your device not from the site. Try downloading the site it is better, but not all features and options are there so yeah…

Sent an email to site support and got no reply. Is the support always this bad on Chess.com?

It can take a day or so to get a reply.

The last week there were some connection issues but almost all the time i got online chess.com was working. You always can ask for a refund but i don't think that was chess.com problem more your connection.

The site has been experiencing very high loads over the past few weeks.
