I keep receiving this message, and it’s very annoying, how can I stop it ! 🤷♂️

You automatically follow any posts you create or comment on. So, when get an alert you can go to the topic and uncheck Follow at the bottom of the page.
If you don't want any such alerts, you can turn it of in under Settings > Notifications > Anyone comments on content I am following
