New game not opening

Are other people having problems starting a new game and the game not opening. When the game doesn't open I select new game and it says i'm currently playing and then in my history it shows lost games of 0 or 1 moves which didn't open for me. I deleted browser cache and my ad blocker extension and restarted the Chrome browser but still have problems. I also tried Edge browser and have same problems.

I've done an internet speed test and i'm downloading at least 500 mbs so I don't have lagging internet. I flushed my DNS cached and rebooted. Tried deleting my browser cache on both Chrome and Edge and it's still starting games without opening a game window so I'm guessing i'm losing games due to abandonment with either 0 or 1 moves played.
