New help option's dead

Hi, I have recently encountered a bug. I tried to report it via Help option. Unfortunately after choosing "I found a bug or technical issue" and then "Report a bug" the chat just disappears.
I tried to contact support via mail, but I only got answer, that it's not working anymore.
Is there another option, to report an issue?

I just tried and when clicking the bug report button, the code loads. It can take a little time for the code to load, depending on the connection, as long as your browser isn't blocking it
