Thank you for your reply re puzzle streak - so the 19 correct puzzles don’t have to be in a row , just how many correct in a day . That was my confusion ! Best I’ve had is 13 in a row , so knew it couldn’t be that ! Thanks again
New way to contact support

I know support has increased that to 1-5 days. They have been experiencing high ticket loads
For those with the issue where the Contact Support button isn't showing, try it again now. If that doesn't help they clearing your browser cache and try again.

The site does not use the FIDE implementation of mate possible by any series of legal moves and uses something more similar to the US Chess rule in that case.
It's a site design decision and not a bug.

This is not support. This was originally just a forum about how the method to contact support has changed. You have to use this link (also on the bottom of every page) now to reach Support. You can't email them.
This forum is answered by other users. Various people ignored the thread topic and have asked questions on other topics.
That said. I don't know how long it takes to open a second chance account for a banned user.
He should reply to the message that he received.
@justbefair @Martin_Stahl please can you see the image below that i took from above here in this post ... how do you get the "connect to agent" ? i have tried everything from ask quesiton and wait and hope the button comes up etc ... i have clicked here there in the help/support pop up bot chat and I can never get to the stage where I can type support a question that is not found by bot.
I cant find this button ... anyone that can what are the exact steps please ... thank you
