No audio at video - Chess Forums

I have no audio when i view the videos. I only see the board and the pieces moving.

I bought a diamond membership and it stil did not work.

I use the iphone for chess.com.

Does anyone have a solution?

Are you able to get audio when you view a video on youtube? If not then please check the silence switch on your device :)

Ok, i already found the solution. My phone's 'master' audio switch was switched off. I did not think of it before, because streaming videos did have audio.
