no blindfold in mobile app?

I am desperately looking for a blindfold option in the mobile app.
Does anybody know where I can find it? Or is this option simply not available in the app?

There was a post in a recent monthly report saying that the IOS was now "accessible" for visually impaired players.

It mentioned nothing about the Android app or the website.

Android doesn't have the option.
