I have made multiple attempts to reach Chess.com support via their ticket process to resolve an inability to access my subscription account and have not received a single response in almost 2 weeks. My email is not receiving the password change prompts and I have followed all the steps in their FAQ.
Did you at least receive the initial automated reply that they received the ticket? If not, you should check your spam folders.
Otherwise, support has been getting a lot of tickets and have been working through a backlog. You should be contacted soon, if that's how long ago you entered a ticket.
