First thing to check is your Email & Alerts page to make sure the notify box is checked. Home>Account>Alert & Email setting.

Just as the title says. More often than not, I am not receiving e-mail notifications of moves made by my opponents.
My friends have also mentioned that they also do not receive e-mail notifications of my moves either, which has caused them to lose on time in several instances.
Now as for myself, I can assure you that the messages are not going into my spam folder. So my question is: why are the move-notification messages not being sent reliably?
