no game sound

Periodically for the past year an a half, games sounds do not function. I have sound both allowed in the game, and in my phone. Ieven purchased a new phone. Nothing. Does anyone have any idea what is going on here. and do any others also experience this. I have now contacted support about this issue 5 times. Shortly after contacting them, the problem ends. Unfortunately this never lasts, and game sounds always start failing again.
