No sound iOS app

I am using Chess.com app, and there is no sound at all. No sound from videos, live streams within the app, or live chess.

It has been like this for a week. I do not like to complain, decided to wait for this to be fixed, but it hasn’t been fixed.

How do I fix this problem?

Solved: There was a small analog switch on the side of my iPhone that can the sound from the app, and it must have gotten flipped on/off when I installed the phone into it’s protective otter box case.

The sound seems to work just fine now.

Well, I am glad to hear that you have solved your problem. When the app or the iOS device has no sound later, please first make sure some settings are right. Once the issue is caused by some iOS glitches or software bugs, you could use any iOS system recovery tools to fix it without data loss.

Hi, you can delete and reinstall the app on your device. And check some settings on your device. If there is any system glitches, you can use an ios system repair tool like Joyoshare UltFix to fix it quickly.
