If there is a limited time that support works, where can I find office opening hours info ?
I have issues with billing and there is no support ! How does a company want to get customers that have some unkown issue with credid card billing and no support at all ?
I don´t mind to keep my free account forewer, but if you want to make some profit, it would be advisable to at least have some billing support, for those like me that tryed to buy a subsciption but couldn´t figure out the payment problem.
There are no opening hours. There are staff working different time zones.
You should be able to use the Help option in the menu to contact supp. It may take 1-5 days to get a response depending on the amount of tickets.
