Dear Sir,
ATM Debit Card no. iges not working. I received the followng message (Not exact wording but meaning as under -
Your Credit Card no. isn't correct. Please Check it.
Please let me know if I send a check, drawn in Indian currency, whether or not it will be encashable by you and whether it will be not against any Indian foreign currency (FEMA) rules or foreign currency rules of your country. I am quite unknown to PayPal method of payment. Please tell me whether or not it is safe amd it will work with Debit Card or Internet Banking facility.
