Not able to view live games in Game Explorer

They are actually making progress. I am able to view my live games now. Over 5,000 have loaded recently. This is a screenshot showing my games as black:
There were millions of games to load. I don't know if they have finished catching up.
Many of my games is also published
I can see the games of "thechessplaya5" but not the games of "jerry1228".
Exactly why is unclear. I had a theory that they were going through the games in order of membership dates but "thechessplaya5" has only been a member since May of this year and "jerry1228" has been a member since April 2014.

You are welcome. But have you tried again to determine whether or not you can you see them now?
