Not allowed to perform analysis

I used the Help and Support feature to report the following bug. But nobody answered. So, I will try my luck here. The screenshot shows what happens if I try to save the analysis generated by Game Review. I tried disabling Evaluation, Lines and Feedback but didn't help. I'm not the only one experiencing this. And this is not a new bug. And it's not feature.

I can't get the Hindsight 20/20 achievement because of this bug.

Gabri from Support replied to me 2 hours ago, so just 2 hours after I first logged that Support request.

@cy1wtoqzd and @Atomic-Arpan If you logged a Support request, it should still be visible in your Help support chat via https://chess.com/support, I believe - what does that look like for you there? Here's mine (timestamps are only visible when you hover the mouse over that chat bubble).

In the end, a member support specialist unlocked the Hindsight 20/20 achievement for me.

So how long did they actually take to get back to you? You said "Nobody answered" which made it sound like days and days; if it was actually within the 3 days they say in their message, then really, you should have waited that long BEFORE posting in the forums.

I initially used the "I found a bug or a technical issue." But then I used: "I have a question" >> typed in some gibberish to dismiss the AI agent and then clicked on the "Connect to an agent." Problem was solved within minutes.

Interesting - I wonder if they get handled differently. Definitely seems like an encouragement to use the latter.
