Not getting "low on time" emails

This is starting to really peev me off now. I've been away this weekend playing otb chess and I've had no emails saying it's my turn in a game nor any emails saying I'm low on time.

The only email, in fact, is the one that tells me I've timed out.

Don't give me the BS about overloaded servers or that there's a back log cuz I get them on my main account just not on this one. (Yes, I'm authorised to have a second account before you all ask!)

Hmm. Do you have your email notifications turned on in your notification settings?

I guess it was probably a no vacation tournament.

Notifications are fully switched on but still don't get them. It was a no vacation tournament but I check my emails multiple times a day and I've had nothing

Have you checked that the emails aren’t being marked as spam? The high volume of emails from Chess.com would probably trigger anti-spam.

No, it's not. I get the "game has timed out" and the "forum notification" emails but not the game ones

As far as I know it's a bug, which appeared approximately last Tuesday.

Yes, it is. It's been going on for months
