I was told by the poorly trained bot I would bot I would be contacted 48 hours ago. This is pushing me to cancelling my diamond membership here and going elsewhere. Not impressed as stated.

About getting a rating refund when I saw I played a banned cheater and lost within the 30 day window. I also emailed two mods who did not even bother responding. In the real world that might see you fired.

Mods have no ability to do rating refunds.

And no control over whether Support gets back to you.

The help topic that covers rating refunds says it can take up to 15 days to get a refund.

Has it been 15 days?

Hello, yes I reallize the mod could not do the refund. I just wanted them to poke those who could which I believe to be a reasonable request. I had not been refunded which is why I was following up.

The superb bot usually gives too optimistic time for the support feedback

Perhaps they have become a "billion dollars" company right because they did not spend much money on minor things like "better support model"

That about sums it up MrChatty amongst other cost savings measures ie: scale out the cheat detection. CPU equals money but cheating ruins the experience for many. Put a few more bucks into it.
