Not Sure How To Find Banned Users

I'm not sure who's banned and who's muted. Could somebody please tell me how to view the banned list? If there is a way.

If you're asking about general accounts, that's not possible.

If you're asking about a club where you are an admin, there is a filter for closed accounts.
