Notification not working
Sort:
I had to uninstall the app, and after I reinstalled it, it's no longer giving me notifications for my daily games, so what I should do?

Double check in Settings > General > Notifications and make they are enabled. If they are, you might toggle it off, then on.
I did it, and restart the phone and cleared cache and data and nothing worked
.

I also have this problem. I don't get notifications on mobile.
I am using iPhone 6, chess.com app v3.7.8
Same issue, not getting app notifications: iPhone SE version 3.7.8
Me too, no notifications on iPhone

Yep. I turned on all, still does not working.
I have the same problem. My phone is Samsung A9 and the app version is 3.6.8. What should I do? Thank you.
Add me to the list. Notifications were working just fine and then suddenly stopped last night. iPhone 7. Tried uninstall / reinstall. Turning notifications on and off. Nothing fixed it.
