Ahh the nostalgia. I haven't had this bug in months. But yep it's doing it again.
Just click the x or once you're through all of your notifs click clear all and keep your cursor over it for at least 10 seconds, and it should work.
After I click on or cross off a notification, it still shows the notification like i still havent seen to it....
