I'm playing this guy that I've been trying to beat for months and he is about 2 moves away from falling into check-mate. Yet he won't move. Instead, he just keeps sending me draw offers. I've received 4 so far. Intuituvely, one would think that a draw offer per move is all that's allowed (or that there was some sort of cap on how many draw offers one was allowed to submit per game), but there clearly isn't. Is my only option to continue refusing the draw offers and just wait until his time runs out? That's not exactly the win I want. Is there anyone out there who can give some advice to help outsmart this smart ass (and bad sportsman)?
