Ok, the same thing just happened again! The player solomon84 just resigned in our second tournament game in the "For those that like to play fast" tournament. However, the game doesn't show up in my games archive! Also, right now my rating is 1405, but if you look at my online profile, it says my highest rating is 1393! Also, when I view solomon84's online profile, it says my record against him is 1/0/0 instead of 2/0/0. What is going on???

So I was playing against a user named logicaltby in the tournament "Rapid Tourney for hahalera1". He beat me the first game and then timed out the second game. You can see my true record against him by going to the tournament pairings page and checking out Group #10: http://www.chess.com/tournaments/pairings.html?id=20068&round=1.
What's weird is that the game that I won is not in my games archive. Further more, When I view his profile, it says my record against him is 0/1/0. On top of that, right after I beat him my rating was just above 1400, but my highest rating stat was never updated. What went wrong???
