Opponent continually has 1 min left on daily game

My opponent has had 1 minute left for the past hour.  This is a 3-day per move game.  I have a winning position.  Can I claim victory?  I have the box checked in settings to automatically claim victory on timeouts.

There's an issue being looked at by staff but do you have a link on the game to Claim?

Ahh nm I found a claim button but had to go to the web version, typically I use the app. Thanks.
