What do I do if my opponent spams the 2 month vacation every other move in a daily game. These games are taking way too long.

Try not to let it bother you. I don't understand how it is "spamming. "

Unless the position is totally won and he is using the vacation to delay the inevitable, using his his vacation any way he wants is completely legal. Some daily games go on for years.

I don't really understand what the problem is. Every few days you get a reminder that it's your move.

I don’t want my game to last years. Every vacation is 2 months. The average chess game is around 40 moves. That means the game could last 6+ years theoretically. I want them to make their move within 24 hours.

Vacation time is limited and only a small amount is added each month. A member can't go on vacation that long (so it can't be much longer than 2 months for that member, in any circumstance)

Add to that, premium members get placed on vacation automatically when low on time in one or more games so your opponent probably isn't even enabling it on their own.

If you want people to move quicker, there are several things you can do on your side. If you’re on the website, you can enable options to have your opponents’ move times be faster if you like, by choosing a Custom Game. Alternatively, you can play Daily Games with faster time controls, so your opponent is forced to move faster. Finally, you can join No-Vacation tournaments if you like, where the clock runs no matter what.
