Thanks baddogno! The option wasn't available in the app, but I could change it on the website.

I've got this problem, but I have that option enabled already. Other games where my opponent has timed out have automatically ended with a win for me.
Any ideas?

The underlying issue has been fixed. The game is over now.
I have many games where the opponent's time runs out but the game doesn't end, and my only option is to resign to remove these games from my play list, is there anything I can do?
