opponent times out=game drawn?

Strange I had one time out today, and it was a win for me though

the odd thing is thati know live chess is bugged but standard chess shouldn't be

true, but it seems to be bugged also now

Biggest bug i have noticed is that it doesn't like you leaving haha, you can log off the site and live chess says your still there. I was playing a girl who left 2 hours ago, and it claims she is still on live. Only reason I say it is biggest is because i don't play live chess

I had a similar issue, also I can't see my recent games in the "recent games" list, I made a separate thread http://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/a-game-vanished.

i did altough it is a draw i seem to have gotten the points the game just never got into my game list and is also said to be a draw..

Same with me, rating adjusted properly (one draw, 1 win), I cannot see the games and my stats are not updated (rating excluded)

We're working on this issue...

Now (after the maintenance) the two games appear as running, instead of drawn & won. Should I send msg to my opponent asking him again to draw the first, and bring myself to ask him to resign the 2nd one or it will be resolved from the system?
